These three corner-tang knifes accompanied the burial of a 5 to 6 year old child who was laid to rest in the same pit and at the same time as an adult male at the Silo site. The combination of quality, size, and context of these artifacts, is exceptionally rare. These pristine artifacts suggest the child was held in very high esteem. TARL Archives.Close Window
