| Letter from Coke County landowner to Darrell Creel at Texas Archeological Research Laboratory regarding the numerous disturbed burial mounds he had found in the area. Note arrow point found in burial referred to as either Bonham or Deadman's type. The latter points is identified chiefly in the Caprock Canyonlands area to the northwest. Deadman's and Moran are very similar types, possibly two variants of the same constricted-stem style.TARL Archives. |
