Photo of Darl dart points and Scallorn arrow points
Darl dart points (a–d) and Scallorn arrow points (e–i) mark the technological transition in hunting equipment at the J. B. White site from use of the atlatl and dart to the bow and arrow. Scallorn arrow points were made and used throughout the occupations of the site, but Darl dart points were used only in the earliest occupations.
