Shell ornaments found near the head of an adult male, Burial 4, Feature 64. The two small triangular mussel shell pendants were found on the sides of the head. These very thin pendants have drilled holes in the apex and partially drilled holes in the other corners. They may represent ear ornaments. The Oliva tinkler (c) was found near the top of the head of and may have been a hair ornament. The finally three items (d) are wampum-style shell beads with smooth cylindrical bore holes and polished exteriors. These were likely produced commercially for the 18th century trade market.
